In our Cattle Feeding Operations, we utilize a highly computerized management system throughout the feedlot.  Our receiving facilities are equipped with an electronic RFID tag reader which enables our computer system to track an animal not only by group lots, but individually as well from the moment it reaches our feedlot until it is sent to the packer. 

Our computer system tracks ration formulations and quantities being downloaded from the mill to each of the feed trucks when they load.  The feed truck drivers then use electronic scales in their trucks to monitor the ration that is distributed to each bunk. 

Our computerized feeding system enables feed managers to efficiently and accurately call feed on a real-time basis.  Our computer system is used by the cowboys and vet crew as well.  Animals are individually tracked when pulled to the hospital and withdrawal times are carefully monitored.  Feedlot performance records, as well as packer performance information, are available and individual carcass data can be obtained upon request.
