The Land & Livestock Group of the Simplot Company manages 37 farms located primarily in Idaho and Washington. These farms are referred to as Grand View Farms-Idaho; and Grand View Farms-Pasco. Total acres farmed exceed 82,500 acres. These farms grow over 15 different crops including hay, potatoes, corn, wheat, sweet corn, barley, grass seed, and potato seeds.

Each year, much of the farms' output of corn, hay, and grain is used as feed in the Simplot feedlots located in Pasco, Washington and Grand View, Idaho. Simplot's Food Group processing plants used the potatoes, sweet corn and other vegetables produced on these farms.
