Simplot Innate™ Technology Part of $5.8 Million Grant to Improve Bangladesh, Indonesia Potato Crops

A 5.8 million grant from the U.S. Agency for International Development will allow Michigan State to partner with the University of Minnesota and the J.R. Simplot Company to use Simplot’s Innate™ technology in Bangladesh and Indonesia to provide improved potato varieties that will be resistant to late blight a disease that can kill potato crops.
