Internship Program
Simplot designs its internships in North America to provide meaningful work experiences for students pursuing bachelor’s and master’s degree programs. All of our North America-based internships are paid positions that are offered for a designated period of time. Each posting is unique with the duration and time commitment varied. Interns are assigned specific tasks to accomplish and are expected to participate in a variety of projects based on the business group. With these projects, interns have the opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge they are acquiring in school.

Sales Representative Trainee Program
The Sales Representative Trainee Program is an entry-level development opportunity within Simplot’s Global Food organization, providing comprehensive exposure to the company’s product portfolio, sales systems, and tools. The program includes four months of immersive training at the Boise, Idaho headquarters, along with travel to key markets to observe experienced sales professionals in action. Upon successful completion, participants move into Account Representative roles within assigned U.S. territories, with relocation assistance provided. The program emphasizes adaptability, mobility, and a strong interest in building a career in foodservice sales.
