Employees, contractors, suppliers, and vendors have a duty to report misconduct when they see it. Our system makes it easy to anonymously and confidentially report an incident about workplace issues like financial and auditing concerns, employee relations, protected class harassment/ discrimination, retaliation, theft, bribery, corruption, substance abuse, Code of Conduct violations, unsafe conditions, food safety concerns, and other Company policy issues or violations of law. These matters are handled in as confidential a manner as possible and on a need-to-know basis, and it is a violation of Simplot’s policies to retaliate against anyone for filing a complaint through this process in good faith or participating in an Employee Complaint Department (ECD) investigation as a witness.
